First among equals OCLC#868383357 call number fix

First among equals : the premier, politics, and policy in Newfoundland and Labrador (OCLC 868383357, ISBN 9780773543447) has an 055 Library and Archives Canada call number FC2177.2 F57 2014, which means "political history of Newfoundland and Labrador". Although the LC call number in the 050 (F1123) was the translation of the 055, it was not suitable for this book, which is strictly speaking not a political history of Newfoundland and Labrador but a work of political science. Although FC2177.2 may be correct according to the FC class, I gave it a new 050 of JL205 .F57 2014 .
